By using the BaqalaBot system or subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

BaqalaBot is a Telegram-based delivery order management system that allows store owners to receive orders, manage agents, and track sales. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or develop any feature at any time.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Payment is made entirely via Telegram Stars through the Eshtarek bot (@eshtarekbot)
• Subscriptions are non-refundable after payment is completed and setup begins
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 7 days before the expiry date
• The company reserves the right to modify prices with 30 days prior notice

4. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and correct information upon registration
• Not use the system for illegal or misleading purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and not share with third parties
• Comply with applicable laws of Saudi Arabia

5. Limitation of Liability

BaqalaBot is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from service interruption or technical errors beyond our control. We strive to ensure 99.5% service availability.

6. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these terms, with prior notice where possible. Users may terminate their subscription at any time by contacting support.

7. Terms Modification

We may modify these terms from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes via Telegram or email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of the Kingdom.
